Club Organizational Leaders or Co-Organizational Leaders provide overall 4-H club leadership. They coordinate members, parents and the involvement of other leaders in their individual 4-H club. 4-H Club Leaders can be an individual, a team or a group of people that have specific roles that fulfill the 4-H Club Leader Responsibilities. Team members can be a youth-adult partnership.

Club Records (Secretary Book)
The Secretary Book is the main record of a club's members and activities. Every club must have one.
Handling 4-H Money
All money received by a 4-H club or group is public money since 4-H is a public organization. Federal regulations governing the continued use of the 4-H name and emblem require annual financial reporting and accountability. Funds raised in the name of 4-H must be publicly accountable and must be used for 4-H purposes.
