Club Organizational Leader/Co-Leader

Club Organizational Leaders or Co-Organizational Leaders provide overall 4-H club leadership.  They coordinate members, parents and the involvement of other leaders in their individual 4-H club.  4-H Club Leaders can be an individual, a team or a group of people that have specific roles that fulfill the 4-H Club Leader Responsibilities.  Team members can be a youth-adult partnership.

The Secretary Book is the main record of a club's members and activities.  Every club is provided with a complete Secretary Book at reenrollement time, but the forms and further information is available online.

Handling 4-H Money

All money received by a 4–H club or group is public money since 4–H is a public organization.  Funds raised in the name of 4-H must be publicly accountable and must be sued for 4–H purposes.  The resources below are designed to help treasurers and leaders ensure that they are handling 4–H money properly.

Promotion

The best people to market something are those people that have benefited or utilized a product.  The same is true of 4-H.  The people involved in the 4-H program are the best people to tell others about why they should become involved in our support 4-H.  This page contains helpful information to assist you and your club in promoting 4-H to others.
